• Minister of Religion visa (previously under T2)
This visa permits those with jobs within faith communities to remain in the UK for the length of their sponsorship, given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided. The visa can be extended and can also be used as a route to permanent settlement after 5 years. Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot claim public funds or earn more than 10% of your sponsor’s shares.
• Scale-up Worker visa
This visa permits those working an eligible job for fast growing UK businesses to remain in the UK for up to 2 years, given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided. . The visa can be extended and can also be used as a route to permanent settlement after 5 years. work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot claim public funds, work as a professional sportsperson or change employer within 6 months.
• Frontier Worker permit
This visa permits those living outside of the UK (from EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein) who began working In the UK by 31/12/2020 to remain in the UK and access benefits and services, as well as rent and work. You cannot bring family members with you, they may have only been eligible under the EU Settlement Scheme.
