Family Visa

Family visas enable you to join a parent, child or relative in the UK.

Those with Indefinite leave to remain (ILR) can sponsor their parents or grandparents for settlement in the UK. There must be evidence of financial or physical dependency.

Equally children can also join their parents, by applying as dependents on their parents application or applying separately, however they cannot be living an independent life from their parents or get married.

The immigration rules differ depending on the child’s age and based on their residence either in or outside of the UK.
