Short-Term work visa

We can assist you with the following visit visa categories :

• Seasonal Worker visa (Temporary Work)

This visa is permits those working within poultry and horticulture to work for 6 months within the UK, given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided.  Studying is permitted in some circumstances however, permanent roles, bringing dependants or accessing public funds are not permitted.

(Please note the deadline for poultry workers is 15/11 each year)

• Government Authorised Exchange visa (Temporary Work)

This visa permits individuals completing work experience, training, language programmes, research or those witg an approved exchange scheme, to stay in the UK for the length of their scheme, given given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided .Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot perform permanent jobs or claim public funds.

• Creative Worker visa (Temporary Work)

This visa permits individuals working within the creative industries to visit the UK for up to 12 months, , given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided. (For a period of less than three months a creative worker concession may be more suitable). Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot start a business or claim public funds.

• Religious Worker visa (Temporary Work)

This visa permits non pastoral religious workers to work in the UK for up to 24 months, given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided. Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot claim public funds.

• Charity Worker visa (Temporary Work)

This visa permits unpaid voluntary charity workers to work in the UK for up to 12 months, given the eligibility requirements as per UKVI are met and a sponsor is provided. Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot perform any paid or permanent roles or claim public funds.

• International Agreement visa (Temporary Work)

This visa permits those working for an overseas government  to remain in the UK for up to 2 years and permits private servants in diplomatic households to remain for up to 5 years. Limited work is permitted as well as bringing a partner/dependants along however, you cannot work before your visa begins or claim public funds.
